one thing had been bugging me for some time now and that was the cam cover. the powder coat had finally started to bubble after a being on there for many years so after some thought of not selling the car i decided to get the cheapo cam cover i got of ebay redone

recently read a march 1996 copy of fast ford, it had a special Si feature in it, dont know if your familier with it

but its practicly this car, had a motorsport company develop a T2 turbo kit for the 1.6 zetec and sold it off with slightly lowered springs


it made 140bhp and 160lbs/ft


any idea of the power of this? and more info on the turbo'ing process you carried out?
