Update time

Got more stuff stripped last week before going on hols, and had a dig around to make sure I found any and all the rust as I went

As expected for any mk3 fiesta, there was some lurking beneath, and I kind of knew about this to a certain extent anyway as I had seen a few little suspect bubbles here and there

So here's the list to make her perfect:

NEW P/S REAR WING
NEW D/S REAR WING
NEW P/S FRONT WING
NEW D/S FRONT WING
PAIR OF NEW FULL SILLS
PAIR OF NEW INNER REAR WHEEL ARCHES
NEW FRONT PANEL

And any other patches where required

This will ensure absolutely all rust has gone, and wont come back in the future

Also, picking up something this afternoon off another member to make life abit easier, will update later

Im really pleased I found the rust, which may sound strange but it means it can be treated now rather than getting worse and spreading to structural areas.

It was pretty well hidden under filler, but there's no hiding from the experienced eye

And I cant wait to pick up the item later

Ahhh I see what you mean... although... you could probably get away with just arch repair panels if the rest of the rear quarters are solid enough..

But saying that, might as well do the lot, probably less hassle!

front end looks mint!

but yea back not so good

hope mine aint hiding anything like that, although i cant see any tell tales, only the rear quarter of the 2 outer sills is bad on mine (each back end side)


what you going to do about the arch bit? looks tricky!
