read through this wow some shizzle in there the one thing that sticks out is that you were driving on roads like they your track? fine when its just you in the car. but jony seriously mate think about it if something went wrong and your bird died what then?
i only drive like a blend when its just me in the car, if something happens to me fair enough but if i hurt or killed any passengers and i survived i dont think i could live with myself
im not being a dick im just saying the truth lol
putting your self at risk ok, others? not so much :D

Im sure some of the citroen ones are a direct fit? I read it somewhere. Ive wanted to do the whole mist spray thing for a while, but never got round to doing it. I want some that look subtle like the standard items though which is the problem.

well done 1 washer, but i pierced the pipe on the other so will have to buy another, its very eas to saw into the pipe when cutting them down :(

anyway pics of how it went, they work well for anyone interested and only cost little more then a fiver

never gonna fit...
Image

so some hacking required, i also had to cut off the heated portion, and i dont think i could effectively refit it, maybe if i connected the heater elements to a small metal joiner so it heats the water while in the pipe, but thats for another day

It actually doesnt look like its spraying at all, just looks like its hitting two points which are in the completely wrong place to where they should be hitting the screen lol. I'll go get some citroen ones today and see if they are any better :P lol

I got some citroen ones, modded them to fit, fitted them, look just like normal fiesta ones but very slightly bigger, spray well, but they don't sit right due to the fact of the design. They are too long so they sit slightly on an angle. Admittedly I could re-route the washer hose outside of the inner channel of the bonnet and feed it under the insulation, but I don't want to. So unless I can find shorter ones then standard ones are staying. That's my conclusion to them lol

pretty much the same as these then, they aim to low, my guess is the focus has them further away from the screen

i did aim it high slightly by having the jet sit on top of its rubber seal

but it does give a better wash and wipe, so it will stay :)
