It really is coming together :) I remember looking at others examples and being very jealous (and still am!) But I can slowly see it coming up to their sort of standard!

Little lower, the new wheels and sort out the rust/scratches and it'll be sweet :) (and my new lights :) )

Payday tommorow, tyres off next week, new wheels on by next week I think :)

Courier company are being bell ends and I still haven't got my brakes :( want all this ready for brooklands on the 17th!

Oh and the rear lights are being paid for tommorow as well! :)

Paid for my lights today so they should be here soon! I'm not telling you all which I got yet though :D

Heres the FF vid Danny did, Yes I didn't hit apexs as I was scared I thought they were slippery :P I enjoyed it though it was great fun. I can see where I was going wrong now looking back and my second session I was definately more confident in the corners etc. I guess I just needed to get to know the track plus I didn't want to write off my car lol Its gets good from about 5:30

Ok.. So i've lost myself now really with where we are on updates, and what i've bought :lolz:

So i'll tell you all what i'm expecting over the next two days.

RST Bonnet vents
Lamix-x (like flyeyes but looks better I think!)
MWH Rear Lights
Got a jacking cover as my last one broke
purple spray paint for the vents
Lambda sensor at the post office
Wheels are getting the tyres off and sent to the powdercoaters within the next week
Brakes should finally arrive sometime soon! (ST150's!)

Pause for breathe... Ahhh, I "THINK" thats it, not too sure. But once all this is on i'm DONE.

MIGHT get some polybushes at some stage in the game. Might invest in a cheap cage if one pops up for sale at the right price and place (theres on up now so if its still there in a month or two as hes in no rush)

Rust is going to be sorted as of next month, im unsure how i'm going to go about it though as i've had an epic quote on both arches, both bumpers resprayed and a full mop, but its 4 hours away with a three day turnaround, anyone near Derby wanna lend me a sofa? lol

But yeah exciting times, its nearly done and I can spend money on.. Stuff! :lol: Well I plan on doing some horrendous saving, but we'll see, i've had an offer of 300bhp from my american friend for £1k with tyres, suspension etc. haha he has many contacts and a 550bhp lancer at 20.. its just the cost of shipping the car there and back :(

Only thing with that lamix stuff, isnt it just basically window tint? therefore will reduce light output somewhat

Yeah in a way, it arrived this morning and kinda looks slightly oil like if you know what I mean? So that it holds a colour but will allow light through

They do sell bulbs on their site for it but I do already have some uprated bulbs so should be alright.

If not then i'll get some more flyeyes.. Or HID's? :P

Right, Lamin-x came and was only big enough for one headlight and I paid £20 overall!! Rip off.

I'll be getting some flyeyes again :lol:

Also fitted my lambda sensor and the car is now driveable again! doesn't hesistate at low rpm and doesn't stall all the time. so far anyway only took it round the block but seems muuuch better as I tested it in many ways.

Postman didn't bring me any happiness today so I await tommorow
