what? its FWD the front needs more grip than the back, it has to steer, put down power as well as road hold

not that im saying put something shit on the back lol, understeer is easier to correct then oversteer

Kumho KU31's ( i think thats what they are called ) are praised as well.

I love my spec 2's, there immense in the dry and haven't really shown much signs of wear yet Everyone else I know with ZS's Even ones with more power and torque than me have them and think there awesome. Just a suggestion anyway

Scorpion cat back system meant for a Zetec-S, fitted to my car with standard manifold and catalytic converter, it's a 2" SS pipe with 2.5" backbox so looks standard, it's nice and quiet on idle and low revs, on accel it has a nice sporty sound but not too loud, overrun sounds lush because it burbles like a biznitch (don't have a vid of that)... i wonder what it will sound like when i get my 4-2-1 on and decat POP.
Taking out the mid silencer, does it make it stupidly loud, or just a bit? Because if it was just a bit then i might consider it lol...

Note: that rattle is where the exhaust place didn't fit the heatsheild on properly, sorted now

sounds nice that, mine is what you described bar the mid box removed, but i dknot know what it sound slike on its own as i cant sort that bloody exhaust blow at the flexi :'(

bit of an update i have ended up winning the things i was after on ebay but i wont say what till they all arrive so feel free to guess.

also i went on a mini nightime photoshoot think with a mate in his corsa and took a few pics on my phone again.

i saw it happen just like elwood said to the corsa in my pics just like you said. its scary when your following a car then the backend just flicks around. which is why it has yoko's all around now.

but the reason i said i am getting some new tyres for the front is because the rears are perfectly fine.

on the tyres decent tyres alround but they have to be good i cant stand crap tyres

end of the day there the only thing that has contact with the road

shit tyres and your in for trouble if you treat the roads like your private race track

most vauxhall's are renowned for poor handling, the Astra D i think it was (the ugliest one that came after the GTE model) was voted the worst handling hatch in europe at the time haha

other models haven't really fallen far from the tree



oh i agree, tyres are your first and last life line, thats why as soon as they get bald on any part of the tread, its coming off!
