Believe it was resprayed by ford in 2005 to the colour it is now (tourmallard green?) and when our mate Ross was respraying it he found a little bit of White inside the door so he believes it was originally a White RS :thumbsup:

When I say it's tourmallard I think it's a take on tourmallard as it's got a very light green sparkle to it in the sun :drool:

to be honest dave .. its too soon to say lol but the rs has a big job to do to be better lol the 205 gave him years of reliability, fun and trouble free miles lol but he does love the fiesta :thumbsup:

just a small update but not to do with my car .. do to with phils fiesta :halo: the petrol gauge didnt work and it was believed to be the gauge itself. so new gauges were found and fitted and ..NO still didnt work. so last night we took the tank off and the pump,sender, float etc out to have a butchers. we found there to be a wire not connected to the sender unit which we believed to be the earth wire. so phil decided to solder the wire back on :thumbsup: then decided to inform me he was shit at soldering and never really done it before :doh: this is what i spent about an hour laughing about ....

if you're unsure what that is, its a walnut whip looking lump of solder to hold the wire on :lolz: but it was tested before it was put in the tank and it worked and then when back in the tank it worked so hopefully thats it sorted out :thumbsup:


We then had to take some money to one of phils mates and stumbled across a dark figure from phils past...

small boring update .. some of you may know some of you wont (hence update :halo: ) i have no interior !!!! well i have a full dash and 2 front seats but everything from the back is gone :thumbsup: the main reason for doing so was my exhaust was only a gnat's tadger off the floor and scraped on the slightest grain of sand on the road and bumps and all kinds of shit BUT without the interior it has made such a difference ! (not joking). it doesnt scrape on much, obviously silly bumps and sharp angle slopes like most lowered cars suffer on, but other than that its great. i also can hear my mongoose burbling away nicely and the noise at full chat :bow: also the pops and bangs on the over run are more prominent too :D downside's .. it is alot colder in there now :doh: and it is a bit bloody twitchy when cornering at speed !! corrections happen often and are a tad scary at times :teehheee:
