YEA! i bloody realised that with my super mr.T's :(


dont get R888 they wont last long and not really meant for full time road use, and will be shit in the wet, which is most the time in the uk lets be honest :P


them wheels aint really what its meant to have on lol, dont suit it
well i dunno like mine im half and half, from some angles they look stunning but some they dont suit

but looking forward to the Enkeis back in the game with fresh paint, should look great

the nuts and cap plan sounds great! might copy you on the nuts part, but used caps for mine are like £8.50 each :(

the suspensions hard with the low profile tyres lol

i want to try tarck day tyres. mite get r1rs as they are better in the wet than 888s. but will probs end up with T1rs... which are pretty awesome anyway. arosa used to stick like poo with them on lol.

no i know they are a bit boy racerish lol i dont like them personally. all i like about them is the fact they fill the arches out. they are absolutely stinking in the pics by the way, they are actually silver lol. mite clean them.

i like the super ts on yours.

yeah i cant wait to have my enkeis back. the lightweight aluminium nuts look lovely but never do em up too tight, i learnt my lesson one in work i torqued up a set on a skyline, didnt do em up all that tight tbh but one of the nuts split. had one hell of a job gettin them back off. they are so flimsy.lol

with the caps dont buy the whole thing! just the sticker part, like these:

spec 2's are shit hot in the dry but shit in the wet
i had a set and we had good weather for 2 months that was the end of my spec 2's lol

then i moved to s-drives and loved them but i couldnt find any recently so ended up getting 4 bf goodrich profiler tyres for £50 for the lot :chill:
some old lady was selling them after only having them for a couple of weeks and buying bigger rims hahaha winner

well a lad i know with an ignis got paradas on the front of his and he said they are good but he reckons that T1-rs are better all round. which is what im gona be getting soon.

at the moment ive got avons on the back and roadstones on the front but one of them is dead now so i got a spare T1r frm before On 3mm so thats gona go on the back with the other roadstone and then im gona put the avon zv5s with grip amazingly on the front and wear them out (they have done like over 20000 miles on the bak) they have worn a bit funny so car drives crap with them on the front but i may as well wear them out then im gona get a nice set of t1-rs!

looked at my old job sheet today from when i put the roadstones on and they have done 8000miles which is about the same as the T1rs did...

those BF GOODRICH g force profilers are really good. i got a mate who swear buy them. he had a vtr with billys all round on g forces but he still managed to hit a roundabout. crappy french oversteer! lol

the ignis comes on yoko ADVAN A043s as standard, which are supposed to be really good, but cost like 80 quid a corner!

well the enkei es tarmacs have been shotblasted back to the metal, powder primered, then powdercoated white.

ugh!

mate they're stunning, absolutely gorgeous!

bloody skinny though aint they!, 5j matches a 185 tyre, my standard 14s are 5.5j! and 185s are a good fit too, cant imagine why they thought 5j was adequate for a 15inch wheel :o
