Basically, i had my phone stolen in january :( , and ever since i have wanted to cancel my contract, but never known how to go about it! I'm not very happy with T-mobile at present as i was told my new monthly contract would be under £20 on this new plan, but have failed to see a bill for under this amount.. :x :( your help and advice would be appreciated :look:

I will say I am not an expert on this front so would hate to advise the wrong thing.

Currently why are your bills so higher are you going over minutes/text/data usage allowances?

I will say if you go to the forums on www.moneysavingexpert.com there is a mobile phones section where there is a lot of people with a lot of experience in these things.

i have checked through all my bills and only one should be over my price plan as i called adrian in ibiza the other month.. but from wen i had the new contract it has never been below £20 like it should be :/ i will have a look at the moneysavingexpert website.. forgot bout that :) thanl you
