I honestly don't know what to do right now.
I just can't be arsed with the car, and want something decent.. even tho I can't afford to buy anything decent.

What I think it comes down to, I'm too lazy to sort out the things on the Scrote.

Need to sort the rear brake cylinders out, and the NSR drum...
Easiest would be to get hold of a MK5 beam and slap on the RS2K rears.
Tracking needs doing, Wheels need balancing, OSR front tyre needs swapping, wearing the inside edge due to tracking.

Then it would probably drive better than it does now... as it drives fooooking SHITE.

Need to turn the smoke down too.
The boost gauge rattles, which pisses me off, so I'll prob just unplug that.
An exhaust bracket rubs on something and squeeks, which is annoying. So I need to cut it off.

Might fit standard airbox back on, to make it sound quieter.
Might also fit a standard backbox to it.

Oh and the boot doesnt open.

Uno is an issue.. live with the shit Carb problems or engine change.. which I cannot be arsed with right now.

I think the scrote will be better once I've got thrle tracking and balancing done, it makes it drive wanky.

Airbox is a must. Fed up of the noise.

So this morning I was sat in the boot of the car sweating like fuck in the sun... in a rage broke the arm which connects the key barrel to the boot lock mechanism.

But on a plus note, the boot now opens.. I have to use the boot popper lever next to the drivers seat to open it now.
Not arsed about the key not opening it, as I normally put my keys in the boot after I do that, and lock them in the car


Next month when I get paid I will take a trip to the scrapyard and rape the only MK5 in the scrappers and take the rear beam off it (fun!) and also get a screw for the fuel pump to turn the smoke down, its not doing well for my fuel useage

I will fit my track rod ends that I have had sat there for 8 months, get a tyre fitted then take it to the tyre place to get tracking and wheel balancing sorted.

RS2K rears can then be fitted, mondeo mk2 front brake pipes fitted to the v6 calipers (the escort ones leak slightly )

Then it'll probably be an alright car again......

Anyways, money wise right now it makes sense to carry on with the Scrote till it shits its pants..
Ive replaced enough parts to make it what it is.. and the stuff I have to do is simple and got most of the parts..

# MK5 Rear beam from scrappers
# Fit the RS2K rears which have brand new shoes, pads, discs, bearings, cylinders, cable and longer studs.
# Fit the front brake hoses
# Bleed the lot up good and proper

# Fit airbox
# Fit track rod ends
# Fit tyre to OSF wheel, wearing inside edge on current tyre, already got a tyre sat waiting for it
# Tracking & Balancing done properly

# Fit wingbacks, as my seats are next to fooked
# Fit alarm & remote central locking kit

# Needs another coat of paint, £10 job lol

MOT will need a windscreen unless I can get the friendly MOT station to do it...

Be reet, will last me a while
