well the plan for putting the power down is.................................

done so far
- seam welded shell to reduce flex etc
- brand new gaz coilovers with custom rated springs for the specific use's for example road or drag,
- ian howell rose jointed adjustable lower arms
- powerflex bushes (front anti roll bar,rear beam, rear anti roll bar)
- this car is to be a full fat road car so not stripped out like most
- got a normal ib5 gearbox setup with quaife atb lsd as the casing is stronger than than the cts stage 2+ box that i have
- the air injectors can be switched off, so can go from either 10psi to 26psi of boost
- as i've spent money on a tasty pectel t2 full sequential ecu it means the map
only gives full boost when the pedal is down properly, so this allows for mid cornering half throttle without lighting the wheels up

in the pipeline for later on
- i'll have a set of tyres for normal fast road driving and different front wheels with semi slick yoko's for the drag strip
- full corner weighting to help equal traction
- i have an equal length drive shaft setup from a modern ford i can hopefully adapt to fit
- looking into going for a dogbox straight cut gearset for the ib5 casing

well that setup sounds pukker

is fitting the 4WD set up from the likes of the RS2000 or mk1 mondeo's out of the question? ive heard of it done to a mk5 ZS local (aberafan)

i think its similar gearbox to the iB5 but with a small transfer box

the 4wd setup is cack

breaks with 150bhp let alone 350bhp

and the transfer boxes are like rocking horse poo....

well luca copes with 470 in a stripped out fiesta,

so with a bit more weight and doing a few things differently
i'm hoping to make it driveable, obviously not full boost in 1st
