what colour would you want? from your pics it just looks such a gorgeous shade of red! but i know what you mean, your point of view is a lot diff from ours!

find a new door, get wing replaced then most probably matte black the lot, whack my coilovers on, get some adjustable wishbones then think about bigger brakes, rear disc conversion, strengthen chassis with strut braces then get a 2.0 in engine will be much further away though! just want it lower tbh.

MOT was yesterday and low and behold my sweet pea passed very pleased indeed. so tax is the next step!

brakes all sorted, stopped pulling to the left now so put that down to a sticky caliper (thanks to those who suggested it!)

really want to get my door sorted for ford fair but theres no chance i can afford one, and afford to get it all sprayed etc so bit gutted but it gives me room for improvement for next year

one slight issue is wheel nuts but will post in technical forum...

nice one on the MOT front ben always a worry for a ford owner lol mine had an mot just after bought it and it failed on small things like water in the headlight, handbrake cable sticking (both due to being sat for 4 months) and front numberplate was too small lol was genuinely shitting it the whole time it was in lol not bad for 22yr old car lol BUT .. i saw on a post or 2 before about your plans for the car, DO NOT do a rear disc conversion ! creates a lot of problems, for 1 .. the rears lock up quite easily (more so than the fronts) which in essence is like ripping the handbrake up to stop.... you can imagine the result of the happening at speed or on a corner just a suggestion though feel free to do it if you like
