Anybody know what is exactly needed when installing the 2.0 lump?

From the various posts I read today on the subject:

2.0 Zetec Lump (preferably out of a Mk2 Mondeo, Mk1 had some teething problems and Mk3 blacktop won't go in)

Gearbox. You can use either:

1.8 Zetec (from a Fiesta RS1800)
1.8 Zetec (from an Escort GTi etc)
1.6 CVH Turbo (from an Escort RS Turbo)

You can also stick with your old 1.6 box which will give better accelaration but won't go above 125mph like the other boxes.
You can use the 1.6 flywheel, and some people have put in an uprated clutch (rated up to 150bhp is fine)

2.0 ECU and MAF sensor (try and get from the same or similar car you get your lump from)

1.8 Zetec Inlet Manifold (this guy is selling them apparently

1.8 or 2.0 throttle body. You can use the 1.6 throttle cable linkage with a bit of modification.

2.0 Beige Injectors

1.6 Exhaust manifold

1.6 Starter Motor

1.6 Flywheel

1.6 Oil Dipstick Tube

1.6 Water pump and belt

1.6 Power steering pump

1.6 Alternator

1.6 Sump and oil pickup pipe

1.6 CVH (small type) Oil Filter

5 litres 5w30 oil

7 litres coolant

You might also want to uprate your brakes to Escort RS2000 or Cosworth ones to cope with the fact that you've just put a 130+ bhp lump in something that weighs about as much as a bag of nuts.
