The guide looks good You do know you can buy a fully build blacktop engine with the whole inlet ect from ford for about £600? If not less actually. Im sure it was £600, ill look it up! lol, but my old work uses them in the kit cars they build, but with throttle bodies and custom mangement Guide is good though so far, ill be keeping an eye on it

That sounds like a good price, i bought just a bottom end because originally i was using my old head, but then decided to do the top as well.

As ive got to mix and match parts does matter to much about having to build it up.

Its alive.

running sweet. Im also amazed how its more comfortable than my 1.1 auto which was on apex springs and new standard shocks. the 1.1 seemed to crash over the tiny-est bump in the road, and be rock solid. However the avo coilovers, are beautifull. smooth. and of course it handles a great deal better.

but yea, 2.0 blacktop, all sweet, if you need info on putting one in a mk3.5 without cutting stuff/welding, contact me. (still to make/finish guide)

also, 4-1 manifold/downpipe - has added a bucket load of power just after 4 and a half grand....

I feel the same about my avo coilovers. I have had a full spax setup in the past, and also just spax springs on ford shocks and they have nothing on the coilovers.
