Ryan Dunn of Jackass fame was killed in a car accident early this morning. A photo of what was left of his vehicle after it burst in to flames has been released.

According to TMZ, the car caught fire after the crash. The popular gossip website has posted a photo of the burnt car being towed away. When you see the photo (on TMZ's website), you can't even imagine how someone would have survived. Whatever that tow truck is pulling is nothing more than a mangled piece of metal.

This is a very sad day for the Jackass family, as they lost one of their funniest members. Looking at the wreckage will only make you feel worse, because it's beyond hard to believe. Alcohol may have been a factor in this accident as Dunn tweeted a photo of him drinking with his buddies before the accident.

As the story develops, more photos of the crash may be released.

But with that he was an entertaining guy just very stupid obviously.

To be perfectly honest, if he was drunk, and driving a car like that, then what do you expect?

I've seen so many posts on FB saying RIP Ryan Dunn, and yes, it is a shame that someone has lost their life, it really is. But quite honestly, I won't cry over it. I'm not a fan of Jackass or that Welsh one.

What about Clarence Clemons?? He died yesterday, and wasn't famed for pratting about, he had an actual talent....

RIP to both though, like I say, it is a shame.

I agree, and now his family and his mates family have to live with the fact that he killed himself and his mate just because he was drink driving.

After all the stunts he did though, he managed to kill himself and another on probably the most stupid of them all! At least nobody else was hurt though.

I really am not trying to take away from the fact that at the end of the day, someone has died, which should never happen. But what I'm a little concerned about is people's lack of concern over the probability that he was drink driving, and driving a track orientated supercar at that. It was bound to happen, and I can't abide by drink drivers, I really cant...

Shame but as said drink driving is a huge no no, atleast we will know what gonna be on the next jackass film. . . .

He was a funny guy and like many celebs living the party life style he probably thought he was invincible.

yeah, a pic with him holding a beer then 2 hours later he is dead! that wreck is mad. A friend died with him aswell.

Sad but a good advert for not drink driving. cant imagine he was the most grown up person anyway, so having that car and a beer spells disaster.

Yeah thats not true. I did see the fake thing someone wrote, looked quite genuine but then someone posted up a picture of the official police statement thingy where it is listed him as dead. PLUS its got so much news coverage that it cant be fake, if it was fake, it would have been on just one news thing and somehow made viral via the internet.

I think hes still alive, just like michael jackson, bin laden, and elvis. They are all just in hiding somewhere playing poker and getting drunk :)

Real shame about Dunn. If it had been anyone else I would of probably said it's his own fault, but with Dunn driving at excess speed while drunk was almost expected and fitted inline with his career antics on jackass. My only complaint here is his taking a person down with him. Big fan of jackass and will miss seeing him in future jackass releases.
