thinking of letting this one pass,like most said its a possible money pit, would rather spend it on the Si, sort some tidy tyres for once and some Gmax shocks :)

i know everyone hates them but have you drove one?

bonkers for what they are (a 4door family saloon)

or a pulsar gtr thingy (basically a hatch bk 4wd skyline ha)

oh and with tyres try yokohama s-drives there bit like prada's but last ALOT longer
i had to change my pradas after 3 months :lolz:

Evildes's pulsar gti-r was mega, it accelerates like theres no tomorrow lol.

Dont forget about gt fours, iv seen some cheap decent examples recently.

thought you didnt like jap cars jon?

this one reminded me of the one we had sat in our yard in work for about a year. looks the same all faded and beaten up. but would probs always start 1st a would be useable.

that one in work though was a 2.0 16v, and was slow as fudge!! so i would of thought this automatic one would get its arse kicked by your fiesta... would go sideways though.

as said celica GT4s as lush!!! i`d love one! my mate had a 2.0 16v celica, lowered with compomotives and maxxis tyres all round and a k&n filter, that thing stuck like poo. awesome car, and it had pop up headlamps as well. wasnt the quickest of things mind, arosa would stay with it, but it was a blast to drive! bottom end went bang in the end though.

evos are the nuts! drove a 6 in work before (which apparently is the best ones).. what a car!!! ill be having me one in a few years. i cant see you insuring one of them yet.

what about a starlet turbo?? serious tuning potential, and handle awesome! my mates is 211bhp!! a new focus rs couldnt get past him! a proper little beasty!

trust me mate, one day you will realise, that jap is the way..

the evo's do have a premium but the early shaped scoobs are comin down in price nicely but as always with buying them cars a full s/h is always good and makin sure the clutch has been done on the scoobs as they're a beeatch to change

I want a screaming vtec! Preferably the best engine the b16a engine which apprently only ever had one engine recall!. Or a Nissan Silvia, jasons brother has a 300 zx v6 thing its insane!

If were going onto ford vs jap (again) then imo they both have just as good characteristics but when it comes to rwd and 4wd fun jap is the way unless your prepared for big priced cossies. If you sat in my mates gt4 then you would take those words of japs have no character back.

You've never heard of VTEC? It is Essentially like VCT but with much more of a kick at different RPMs. I think theres two, it is just certain RPM's a load of extra power just kicks in. It's what Honda use in most of their engines.
