Back next monday which is the day of the MOT running out :(

I think I have one or two people who can sort that for me though so alllll good :)

Will definately be getting a sports cat soonish as I can't have this hassle again next year :lol:

When I come back I get paid so one or two little bits will be done. I have an idea for a purple tow strap :) then I go on holiday, then my birthday, then if I have any money left from all that it'll be on the Rollers for a map with Cams!!! :D

Well its mainly due to me wanting everything done by Ford fair, dusted and not have anymore to do, but it's also slightly due to the fact I don't like asking for quotes from places, i'm scared of how expensive it could be, and I think I can't afford it, when in reality I could as I spend the amount it'll cost on a couple of smaller things which cost a lot more :lol:

So as of 1hr 7 mins time the car has no MOT. It is going in on thursday so all being well it passes and I have already ordered myself a cheap goodie to put on after :)

coming home today from download my tyre went flat, the seals gone so that needs redoing asap as i'm on a spare that won't pass, my numberplate light was out so I went to change it and snapped the holder clip, new one coming from someone by wednesday I hope! my passenger seat has collapsed in the centre so thats just epic.

I'm waiting on something else to go wrong now.. Which can only be it failing miserably, which I really hope it passes first time, i'm so nervous :lol: I really don't think it will and I don't even know what it would fail on, I just think it will badly ha.

New numberplate bulb holder came today!

Had to buy a new toyo and get it fitted ready for MOT tommorow,

Spec 2 sidewall had a tear in it! How that happened i'll never know, I was just driving, then braked from about 80 down and whilst doing it I felt it go wierd and it punctured.

But its done now and i'm pretty much there for my MOT tommorow I think..

Put that toyo on the back in my opinion, get the paradas up front :)

Have you given the car a once over or not? The only thing I didnt check on mine was the rear brakes and rear wheel bearings - which it failed on :lol:

I've given it the Chris once over, tapes up something, fixed one or two niggles.
I wouldn't know how to check rear brakes. There are many things it could fail on because I don't know much about them. Just hoping!! Lol

id leave the outside of the car alone chris it looks well
jus concentrate on makin it go as well as it looks :chill:

But yeah I am thinking about brake upgrades now. I want an upgrade that is pretty cheap and will just bolt on though :lolz:

You don't have to change it now but it will get noisier, then it will crumble then your wheel will fall off or something lol I dunno, I left mine two months as I had only just changed it when it broke again!!

Only thing about the wheel bearing which can make it hard is when the bearing race gets stuck on the hub. Other than that its a walk in the park to do! Easiest way to check them is by spinning the wheel around, listen to it and also at the same time put your hand on the hub or something at the rear to feel for roughness. If you suspect its shagged then whip the drum off and have a look, if its not, it wont harm doing it, if it is, you will soon see :)
