Although, this engine comes with flywheel sooooo. once i've gotten financially a bit better i'll send the spare one off

I didnt' put my name down because I didn't think the car would be on the road, but if it is and I can get the day off (i've taken the piss with weekend off for meets the past three weeks, and now this weekend again for engine swap! :lol:

) then I might pop along, depends on how the cars running and if I have any money left lol

Ok I just bought

4 x Bosch Spark plugs
Fiesta ST Clutch
Cambelt kit
Oil filter
Auxillary belt
Waterpump

I think thats it, my oil arrived yesterday, my engine should be here tommorow I hope!! Othewise i'm a bit stuffed :lol:

as I don't think they do deliveries on friday if they decide to make it a proper bank holiday (i'm not getting paid extra!!)

Cheers Ry, but my Â£1k budget is gone just with these parts, engine and remap :lol:

I still need launch control/rev limiter, then I can start thinking about extras but bodywork is next really!

Engine arrived today

Hopefully getting fitted on the weekend, all being well danny will be down and we will both crack on through sat/sun and get it done. Hopefully have a mate or two pop over and lend a hand here and there as well. Should be fun times!

well according to a few people, its a hell of a lot easier! one person hired a crane and ended up taking it out the bottom because the crane was such a bitch! :lolz:

should be alright, I know enough people in the area to get them out to lift the front end worst comes to worst.

knackered, new engine is in, but i need a windy gun to get the crankshaft pulley off my new and old engine to swap it over as the new engines one is too big.

dirty, cut up and tired but its nearly there. But the driveshafts to go in and a few plugs, hoses and fuel rail. Needs some new fluids etc but so close

So if anyone has a gun?

No camshafts swapped over though so will just be running the 1.6 until I can get hold of Danny, he was meant to come down i'm really not sure whats happened but isn't answering calls :lol:

All in all nearly there but this crankshaft pulley is going to be a pain in the ass until I can get a gun from somewhere!!
