Is there a list of proven modifications that can be done to the ZS TDCi

Remap - Already know about the gains for hp, lb/ft and MPG

Drop in filter? Exhaust? Bigger/Better turbo? Uprated intercooler? Any benefits to doing any of these, etc?

I'm sure the remap sees either between 110 and 120bhp with bags of torque.

Proven handling mod is to widen the rear track with spacers that go behind the brake drums. Makes car loads more stable. I'm sure with a remap, spacers some eibachs from fraud fi will have an ace ride.

some have had - panel filter, remap, intercooler, exhaust and made 134bhp + shed loads of torque

As said a standard one has made 125bhp on rollers :shock:

Get it RR first i'd say to know where you are starting

Intercooler, Uprated Turbo, Remap, Filter, Exhaust all together you can get more out of the engines in 1600 than a standard Fiesta ST plus a bucket load of torque to go with :D

Only issue with ZS TDCI's is that not many people seem to want to sell them! :lol: Bet they're not far off ST performance!

Love the fact that you can remap them and then see your remap costs slowly being refunded by way of MPG. All cars should be like that! (well mine will be when it's turbo'd as long as I stay under 4k! but that's another story)

If i had to do high miles id consider having one or a mondeo TDCi ST

But i wanted a petrol turbo that i could rely on and dont have lots of miles to do, just mainly leisure

If anyone here buys one bring it to a meet id like to go out in one, specially a remap'd one, my 1.4 TDCi was good for what it was, can imagine a 1.6 derv is pretty good, i just didnt want diesel again lol
