my car started playing up a few weeks ago and i thought it was because there was no back box on it.

basically the car starts and drives (when suits) it seems like there is loss of power and it feels like fuel is not getting through properly so i replaced the fuel filter and someone said it might be the H.T leads so i again tried this also spark plugs and then onto a full service i have replaced the exhaust now and its still not working properly any ideas would be greatly appreciated. whenever i put any revs into the car it dies and struggles to get running again. my car is a 1300 ghia.(not a si but as good as someone on here said at 1 point)

i am in desperate need of help with this as i need this car for work

Tried the lambda? Try disconnecting that if that's not it could be the coilpack

Could be idle control valve, might be either dirty or worn out, i would clean out your throttle body too

To which point have you tested the spark to? Could be a few things like plugs, to the leads or the cps sensor, coil packs are fairly common on fords, i would start by checking all your cabling plygs are all connected correctly first

yeah tested for spark mate and nothing, checked all plugs and they seem to be in order.

all HT leads and plugs are new there is fuel getting to the carb but just not igniting.

tried to bump it to but nout. start a new job tomorrow luckily i dont need it but my hours are much longer
