Thanks guys. I am warming to the sound more and more. It rasps quite a bit in Vtec as well, which is nice

Next on the agenda is to fit my slimline fan and radiator, which is easy enough apart from one of the slot fitments that the radiator mounts onto needs to be cut and rewelded 12" closer to the other mount.

And then decide on the mounting position for my gauges and get them trial fitted.

Old rad out - it was falling to bits!

Then getting new rad sized up. snip some wires off to use with the new fan loom. make sure the system is fully emptied.

Bend a bracket here or there. use a cable tie or two to keep stuff in temp position (handy when there's only one person!) Then bosh, easy as that.

One half size uprated radiator and half depth slimline fan installed with some nice Holts antifreeze for good measure. It's not perfect but it will stay for now until I know exactly where the rad needs to sit after the intercooler, manifold, turbo and downpipe are put in.

Yes, many reasons for a change of radiator, including the plastic fitting for the overfill tank being broken off whilst refitting my air filter as Des' :lol:

Must admit, the glue did hold, it barely ever spat any water out after the incident :lol:

Tinnny update.

I've added 5bhp. or lost scene points. whatever the most important of those two are - I haz. As the passenger seat now has a pillow to cover the hard plastic section of the Recaro's. :gheeyyy:

To counter this, I spent five minutes putting my slightly rare USDM lights onto me EUDM car. I didn't realise looking through the paperwork that I have a German car, and not a UK car, so it's not actually the UKDM I thought it was..

So my scene score is all over the place at the minute. And my slightly broken number plate isn't helping me out either.

They're amber, and only American DC2's Integra's have them.

Also not many people fit them as they make the sidelights orange, which MOT stations say no to. I just won't be using my sidelights, as people flash me anyway thinking I have my fog lights on, when my car doesn't have front fog lights. They're driving lights, crazy foo!
