well she runs perfect now i sorted inlet problem and changed the gasket on the stat housingand jam sorted the charging problem which was just a cable on the wrong terminal and i bought a brand new starter motor for it only got 1 pic but heres the engine bay

cheers guys, took the runabout off the road today

, filled it with stuff from the garage to squeeze it in, looks really sorry for itself

but during its 6 months vacation it will get a massive clean, new fuel filler neck, drivers side wing and some paint to smarten it up a bit

well my mate sorted the horn which was dead for basically not being used for 2 years, lucky i had a spare one in the garage so cleaned it up and bolted it on, and the washers was just a bt of dirt in the plug for the pump, all sorted now though

one last pic before mot time in less than 3 weeks

also bought 4 new bolts for the lower brace which is now on but not got any pics of that but will do after my holiday

You need to get a mk3 golf splitter like I have on mine, it will look lush with one on there
