~Update~

baz and I went to do some fault finding,we had alex on the end of the phone with wiring diagrams etc,well good news is we got the fuel pump to prime and we have fuel getting into the cylinders, after a while of cranking and then trying again massive loud bangs were coming out my exhaust , they sounded like gun shots! :lol:

But sadly it still won't fire,hoping to pop back there again this eve to check the timing and hopefully alex will be able to pop up with his iaw software,I'm running out of free time to get it running and mot'd before my workload goes ape shit again :bs:

I'll try get some pics this eve as I've not had a chance the last few times we've been there!! :sigh:

It's alive and sounds smoooooth as anything,thank tonalex and Baz for all thier help this weekend!! :mrgreen:

Massive thanks has to go to kelv for going out of his way to help me this weekend,Baz and I tested the ign amps first thing yesterday morning and everything seemed to be working fine,constant sparking had gone!! :mrgreen:

bas and I were checking the timing when alex arrived,we took out my dizzy and lined it up put it back in and tightened it up! Alex hooked up his iaw and the ign was switched on and she fired up on the button :D 8-)

The amount of smoke was really bad,you couldn't see the back of my garage! :lol: ,alex was hard core and sat in the car in the garage until it was nearly up to temp :lol:

We then thought we had an oil leaked so checked that over and it appeares to be the massive amount of engine lube we put in in dec to protect the bores :lol:

The fans were then connected and the car was started up again and this time run until the fans cut in,which they did! :D

The oil was then dropped and fresh new millers running in oil was put in along with a fresh oil filter

all I've got to do now for the mot is - wheel swap,new brake discs,sort my clutch pedal out,wire in my boost guage and my monitor from mr rainbird :mrgreen: 8)

Hope to have it motable by end of this week early next week!!

50! then the next few hundred miles with about 1bar of bo0st and no higher than 3.5k-4k ;), ive been told to drive it normally and not like a pussy :homo: and not to race any chaved up saxo's until its been run in properly :halo:
