Why the Hell is it so much to fit tyres??? My paradas came today so I set off hoping to get to the garage that online it said was Â£5 a tyre.
I went to the wrong place, Â£12. I went to the right place Â£8.50!! recommended me somewhere else.. Â£15!
Went to my nice local place. Â£20. Â£20 per god damn wheel???? wtf!!

Rant over. My mate who no longer likes cars and barely speaks to me anymore is going to do them all for Â£30 on thursday. Better than nothing I guess.

I got all for done with nitrogen for Â£20, I guess the Â£8.50 is Â£5 plus am old tyre disposal/balancing charge/valve?

Â£12 is the normal price these days.

Nitrogen makes no difference as such, its just to make the tyre not heat up bascially. That then extends tyre life, wear and stuff. Less chance of a blow out too... so its kinda more safe. But air is free, thats all i can say

Danny just said it all, can't tell any difference, it should lose less and keep the tyre shape better, it was Â£5 with or without so why not. The focus and C2 winter tyres have it.

Basically I have 4 valves, 4 alloys, 4 tyres. I want the valves on the alloys, the tyres fitted to the alloys and the wheels balanced. Job done. No disposal or any of that crap :lol:

I just think per tyre thats an absolute rip off. I spent Â£40 on the alloys let alone Â£60 just for fitting the tyres!!

my mate has just placed an order for 4 parada spec 2 in 195/50/15 and they are Â£53 each fitted and balanced etc ... your shiz sounds expensive :doh:

Yeah Â£53 on black circles, but that still works out about Â£50 for the fitting. Â£30 isn't too bad really its lucky I have some friends who do these things although there all quitting like flies! Getting worried about my MOT atm :lol:

I aint pissing around welding a cat in lol. Best thing you can do is take the 4-2-1 off, put the original manifold on there, sorted.

Other than that, try find a dodgey mot test station who will use another cars emissions for yours

The cat back has been rewelded so the flange fitted the mani I think. If not and the mani got welded it wouldn't be a problem.
I have 3 options for emmisions now, so I should be fine

Also sorted the roof a bit cheaper, and he'll fit it as well for a small fee, so saves you a job
