i know the calipers need temp paint on (which i have) however, i'm not sure whether the drums need temp paint, or can it just be plain old hammerite?

use black hamerite on rear drums on the Fiesta and punto and they have been fine, just clean them well and get rid of any flake rust with a wire brush before painting and they will be fine.

yea that is all i have done to mine just a good wire brushing and a coat of hammerite :thumbsup:

you can unbolt the calipers and paint them off the car but alot of people paint them on the car
