Lower arms come off in 10mins tops if you dont round the bolts off

Basically, used a six sided socket rather than a multisided one... Saying that, I am changing all of the lower arm bolts for 19mm headed ones instead of the crappy 15mm ford ones. Done one like that last time i changed the lower arms, should have done them all back then lol.

Polybushing lower arms is an expensive job, might aswell make them camber adjustable while you are there

Personally I would recommend anyone to do it. Easy enough to do, just go buy some M10 bolts that are the same length, few washers, couple of nylock nuts. Job done.

No I dont think so. Thats only camber adjustable, all well and good, until the bushes fail.

But think, a set of lower arms for a fez, between £40-60 (pattern part), bushes (poly) about 50-60, not sure about tethlon lined bearings, or rose joints, probably a bit more expensive... then the cost of making them camber adjustable... do it yourself and its free plus you can do it so there are two individual holes one being for track use (outer) and one being for road use (inner), that in itself is safer than making them do you can slide the ball joint in and out, its probably one in a hundred chance of it moving or slipping if you was to use spring washers or something, but its still possible... dont want that going 60mph round a bend on a track.... either that, if completely mod yours to take an actual rose joint which is on a thread so you can screw it in and tighten it up with a locking nut.... orrr get a place to do it for you, probably no more than £30 i expect.... so in the long run, you would be better off making your own with bushes than buying a set made just for camber adjustment.

I'll be doing that some point later this year myself
