So what is the date people? I thought it was 23 April which is Easter, a week later and it's another bank holiday weekend for the royal wedding so again no good for me but before Easter or after the wedding weekend I can do most likely do it

Honestly I'd prefer a Friday night because they are easier to get off. I dont mind any day on the weekend; Friday - Sunday and saturday is the worst for me

but I do understand why sat is preferable for everyone else.

I'm in for any date bar the 30th, im paid on the 1st :thumbsup:

Im happy with the beginning of the month too rather than the end, easter bank holidays etc dont really bother me lol

And herein lies the problem with voting - there's no one date that has a clear advantage because everyone has different dates which are best.

Now, the 9th is in the lead by one vote. However, for me, that's a no as that's the final weekend I have to move out my house, and I doubt I'll be free. Which just proves my point that there's no one date that can be chosen to please everyone.

Dave, you need to take charge and be strong now mate, choose a date you think will be good for MOST people. If people can't make it, then I'm afraid that's how it's got to be

I used to just pick a date, and be done with it. Unfortunately some people won't be able to make it, and don't worry when people complain to you! :lol:

It's not your fault, just do it!

Bear in mind the following:

Friday 22nd April Bank Holiday (Good Friday)
Monday 25th April Bank Holiday (Easter Monday)
Friday 29th April Bank Holiday (Royal Wedding)
Monday 2nd May Bank Holiday (Early Mayday)

So there's 2 weekends which have 4 day weekends. Do you worst Dave :thumbsup:
