I cant wait to see it! I was going to get lime green hoses at one point but didnt in the end, but seeing them on cars at ford fair i wish i had! Oh well lol.

got some more powder coat stuff from jams si, wishbones carriers, front and rear anti roll bars and front brackets

rear one has a few marks on it but should clean up

and a boot with rs spolier from jams si, to replace my boot at some point prob wont be for a while yet to be honest

also took the steering wheel off ready for doing the manual conversion

and my speedo stopped working on the white fiesta runabout so after some advice from dan, i took the the dials out and check the cable all seemed ok then took the other end of the cable off the top of the gearbox and it was broken

got a new one on order from fords so should be doing that at the weekend typical tho it snapped when i joined the A14 on saturday which is average speed camera capital :lol:

AND IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN! (7th time)

dodgy alternator one minute it charges then it doesnt so gotta buy another asap

why are you removing power steering btw?

my si has it and my 1.1 doesn't and i realy wish it did

i suppose the lorry steering wheel i have doesnt help things either :doh:

Powder coated bits look very nice Phil, should look nice when its all on

Glad you found out the problem with the speedo cable on the runabout, shame about it breaking down and being dodgey at the moment

The Si is slowly getting there though :thumbsup:

well yesterday i picked up the engine bay parts i took down to the powder coaters

really chuffed with the results

and at the weekend seanny si is helping me out with doing my manual steering conversion

Nice one!

Might look into powdercoating the various components on my RS when I do the strip down this year 8-)

Does it cost a bomb to do or is it not too bad if you dont mind me asking?

Will look beautiful when finished (not that it doesnt already! :lol:
