Bought some more shiz, paint, oil, clips, 2 drop links and waiting on a cv boot

Also dropped old engine out and stripped

Washed and polished and waxed it. Removed bonnet raisers. Nitromors on the rs2ks

took steering wheel off the si and clean bits of the engine bay, took the head down to be skimmed too

Today while having a battle with the lower arm bolts... GAY ford idea for putting 15mm bolts in there I think. I should have changed them all over for 19mm headed bolts and not just the one which was rounded off when I done the lower arms first time round... I shall be changing them all this time... ANYWAY, while having a battle at that I changed my AUX belt and had a gander under the front end of the car and thought 's**t its a bit low!' Things that have scraped on the floor at some point - when and where is unknown. The list: Exhaust - obvious really... alternator, gearbox cradle, lower strut brace, lower arm carriers... im sure there was something else too, but cant remember. So yeah, I cant remember when these got dragged along the floor, but its not good lol.

On a more possitive note. I have a new mantle piece. I like to call it 'socket so wedged onto bolt its not coming off and I will need to get a new socket'.... lol. I should have used a 6 side socket instead of multi, but didnt have one to hand :lol:

Fitted my new coilover and sorted out my ride height

also hoovered and cleared out the interior!
