This is the powerflex pricing chart, and i just added it up (with the expensive rear ARB mounts) and it came to £225.36
Which is nearly £35 cheaper and i get the bump stops and exhaust mount too!

Dont forget to get polybushed front top mounts Adam

Dont know where mine are from. I think Phil has some for his car though. They are orange, and I have forgotten what company makes orange polybush top mounts lol.

What about the back ones though, i hear they can be really uncomfortable and also damage the shocks?

Ive not got any rear ones on mine, only front. I've just got brand new original ford rubbers at the top so couldnt comment about rear poly top mounts.

So on the front, poly top mounts and bump stops are ok?
Rear bump stops are probably are a no go. However i am used to driving with broken shocks on the back haha. It's not comfortable!

Dont know about bump stops, never used them, only use what comes on the car as standard

Could be worth while addition though!

yeh ive got floflex ones on mine including rear axle which made a massive difference, but the rest of the bushes havent been fully tested yet, roll on ford fair lol

also had a quick read through the best way to get the speedo needles off is by using 2 tea spoons they come easily and dont break
