Ok, bear in mind these pictures are NOT finished. The RS is in minor stages of subtle mods, not sure what I want to do with it next.

And the pictures at the bottom, well seeing as Im setting up a photography and image editing website, i got given a project to start with, I will explain below.

First, the RS:

Original:

Subtle mods which include:

Lowered
Graphite alloys - or near enough
Extended/stretched body kit
Tinted front side windows
Tinted purple front window like renaults ect have
Removed lower front grill and changed it
Extended intercooler
Removed/colour coded black strip on bonnet
Smoothed out swage/door line on side skirt
Removed headlight washer jet
Removed tow hook cover

I think thats about it.

My next project (this is no where near completion yet) was to take a picture of my now ex-girlfriend and take her out of the picture and replace the background where she would have been standing. Ive been working on it for a while now. I have many more pics too - all to go on my portfolio for my website which I have created but am not finished with yet.

I blanked out the web address simply because I want it to be secret until its done.

Anyway:

Before (I decided to blank her face as it would be unfair on her to put her face on the internet):

After (not yet finished):

Commennts are welcome. I'll upload some of my other pictures later which will be going on my portfolio.

What can I do to the focus next?

I decided to add an extra fog light, make it like an accessory bumper look.

Quite a talent you have, it really does look tidy. I wouldn't mind getting into this.

Have you tried modifying your si on there?

I've been photoshopping for years

I've only just got back into after about 2 years not doing anything with Photoshop.

I havent done anything with my Si on there before, well I've played around a little but nothing major

Black vents look crap, the picture hasnt got the right angle to get the full effect of them, just looks like black rectangles on the pics, ill see about stripes though...

I can do alot better stuff with regards to cars, that is just basic stuff to be honest. Well to me anyway. There was some little bits in there which was a bit more advanced and took alot of time but ive been photoshopping for about 7 years now i think on and off so i know most of the tricks out there

The horse picture on the other hand has taken alot of time though, i mean ALOT. My plan was to remove its head collar aswell, but thats proving difficult. But, given enough time it can be done, its just trial and error until you get it perfect. And i am a perfectionist. I got half way through it and realised i have to get all the different shades of the horses head to look natural and perfect... I then looked and thought to myself its going to take about 10 hours straight to get the shading right on its own all over the head, then i have to think about the hair - as its a high detail pic when you see the full res, that but thats not too hard to do. But, the bit that put me off doing it when i was going to do it was, id have to rebuild the structure of the head where the head collar is around the edges, and also the muzzle where its a different colour to the rest of the head, id have to make the colour difference look at natural as possible. Then you gotta think about shadowing ect ect.... I could make a list of what needs to be done, would be epically long... so i though, f**k it! I'll leave it for another day lol.

Wish Photoshop had been invented when I was a wee lad as it is defo something that interests me but I guess there is so much to learn. What other tools do you have to help with editing yer pics, do you use a graphic tab?

Once you learn and get better at things you wont be able to stop!

All i use is the mouse funnily enough! I have always wanted a graphics tab, but everytime i go to buy one i always end up getting something else lol. Its been on my list to get for about 2 years now :lol:

I have a graphics tablet , can be useful, like it for freehand drawing as pressure can effect flow.

As you say its just time which is the killer and I just don't have it, in general you can find a image very close to what you need and tweak it if needed, in that example I would just get a picture of another horse.

In short I can see what you have done in places but only because I am looking for it.
