Done a headgasket on a 1.0 micra with a few mates those chains are a bastad to time right when youve never done one b4, Ended up being one link out and running rotten, Got her set right in the end though and running like a whore on steroids! :lolz:

Ade - got some VHT spray paint, takes up to about 500 degrees I think. Need to ensure it's got a good key to adhere to though, so a lot of degreasing needed, then sanding down, then a couple of coats after masking off everything you don't want it on. Bit of effort to get it right :lol:

Cheers Jono mate, yeah I'm rather pleased to say the least :D

Spunky - the timing chains are a piece of piss :lol: There's a black link that goes on the crank mark, and 2 silver ones which go on the marks on the cam sprockets. Job done :lol: You can see them on the pictures of the timing chain on the first page. If the link on the camshaft is right, the other 2 will be right and ensure the cams are in the right positions. :thumbsup:
