I have a mk4 Fiesta and I have had to change the drivers side strutt as it was leaking.

I now have a gap between the body and the bottom of the plate i:e it does not look like it is tight enough but has been tightend down all the way.

I did not renew the Rubber underneath the arch would this take up the difference and sort it out.

Money is tight so I thought I would ask the question first.

not shure with out looking but nomal is a gap i have a look later today other thing like most things on a car should be replaced in pairs
