when i turn full lock i get a hissing noise but its only just before it hits full lock not heard this before and kinda worried me steering fluid is ok and nothing seems to be leaking?

would say its just the power stearing fluid relief, does it stop as soon as you release it froom full lock? if so would say sounds ok, may be worth also just checking your fluid level while you are at it
