are those ford dagenham motors overalls i spy?

i rubbed the arches down with some 180 grit sandpaper, sprayed just some normal white spray on them and just before it was fully dry i sprayed some white hamorite stone chip on it so it sagged a little to go in all the gaps and seal every thing, once fully dry i sprayed it with the white spray again,
its the same for the rear only i didn't rub it down

The arches look amazing, the contrast from silver/white wheels to black rubber back to white again looks to business. Sorry to steel the idea but i may have to give this a go as well but with a different colour. I'm guessing it will help protect the arch and stop the rust coming back so quick. You going to ford fair??

i've not kept up with most threads on FSi, but I always keep an eye on a few like this one. Be good to see what it's like when built and mapped!

Even with its usual cracked filler and random black paint all over it, I still love this Si

It looked shit hot on the M1 as you were passing me, can clearly see the white arches through the wheels, looked pretty good

And If my RS shifts as fast as yours with 170ish BHP I am going to be one happy man, because sat at 95 behind you, you obviously booted it and left me for dead!

I agree with Paul even with paint problems i love this Si its one of a kind, i don't think you're run was too bad if youd got a good start i reckon you would of got possibly sub 7

was good too see the fez out again mouse

good to see the engine is still going strong

omg

i like air saw's does so much damage in a short time

cleaned the underside if the car, a previous owner has shultzed the chassis and half the car lol


i got quite wet and mucky doing this but it was worth it didnt even find any rust so im pleased

update for you secret ones
fuel tank de rusted sprayed in silver on the top and on the bottem stone chipped spray


and took my side skirt off for the time being couldnt belive it come off all in one


and the front

removed the front wing and sill cut off,

sill welded at the top and thats about it for now just need to finish off the bottom and grind away as you may see its butt welded
