Hi i want to make a bad boy bonnet for my car as the last bit i need to do is paint it so i want some thing like this

This guy doesn't show how to make them but it does show some pictures of his both topside and underside to see where the plate has been welded and rolled. Most of the work looks like it was done at the bodyshop but may give you a rough idea of the way it's been made

Thxs i have pm him but friend was looking at the pictures today and told me it is a very easy job to do maybe because he is a panel beater :)

You can tack a piece of welding wire from the corner of the bonnet to where you want the bad boy to go down to. Refit the bonnet to make sure it doesn't foul the headlights then fill in with a piece of sheet metal. Gives a nice round edge on the inside too!! Then fill, flat, paint and polish (or not if it matt black :thumbsup:)
