might be wrth getting watchdog on them, the front spring snapping seems very common after talking to a mate at ford and it is potentially dangerous.

bought two new front tyres as one was ate. Both needed replacing anyway. Wasnt paying 80 quid for pirellis so i got two kumho ecsta sports for 63 quid each. I figure that any brand of tyre good enough for a factory fresh merc is good enough for my shed. Good grip to be fair. The maxxis ones from fraud lasted 14500 miles. Not bad!

Better not find any more design faults or you'll be catching my Jap crap up! Hitting the limiter in vtec in 3rd around 90 isn't the best time for you're alternator belt to snap off and dart around the engine bay and then get briefly stuck in the suspension haha!

Glad the ST is putting a smile on your face again though. :D

rob's had a 190 map put on his car with the manfiold etc

idles at 1100rpm but its so smooth! love it and revs to 7400rpm!
