ok finally some pics of my new engine which was delivered today just got to start rebuilding it (nothing major just the essentials .
neighbors gunna love the next couple of weeks lol









plans are to
-change cambelt and pulley
-spark plugs and leads
-swap 1.6 stuff over
-new clutch
-cvh oil filter
-send rocker cover of to be polished or possibly paint but unsure of costs involved?
-new gaskets
-tidy up rest off engine and get it fitted


what ya'll think?

Just get yourself a can of paint ( not sure what kind ) wash the rocker cover with some water or whatever, then spray it. Thats what we all do, its cheaper! still get a decent result

kind of a big update lol sold this fiesta to my sister for her 17th so no more from me still some stuff to do to it though as she likes her modified fords too i now have a 2.0 306 xsi not my usual cup of tea but with all the gti-6 engine bits its propor pokey

ok small update the car hasnt moved since i last updated and since my pug was as reliable as well fcuk all ive sold it and am trying to persuade my sister to sell me back the si as i fell sorry for it sitting there doin sweet fa so ill keep yu updated damn i miss that car lol

de- girl- i- fied it lmao now i can crack on from where i left off previously but this time without rushing it as wanna do things propor
basically i will be building up a parts list to buy for the 2.0 conversion ... again
first needs taxing and two tyres so toy t1r's prob
then lowering severley needed and new bushes
then uprated dics and pads and brake fluid
by which time i should have all parts for conversion so new engine time
hope to be done by end of november so not too bad:

Running back then pushing it home lol.

right got my new 35mm springs through so will hopefully get them fitted asap to bring car a little bit closer to earth wanted lower but cudnt find any 60mm kits that fitted have also ordered some bonnet lifters and hopefully a xr2i bodykit which im bidding on atm as want the arches and skirts
had my first drive in her today now she all moted and taxd and it deffo needs a 2.0 asap lol but she does sound lovely with the ashely cat back it has little pops and burbles like mad LOVE IT
