the same thing happened to me with ebay when i was getting new wheels, i missed out on a nice set which went for £119 but i knew what the reserve was but not how ebay high bid worked so just put what i wanted to pay and was gonna keep adding to it, when it got to the last minute the system was flooded by ebay high bid and i didnt get a bid in. luckily though it meant i was able to get chris' momos which turned out perfect, look great and was cheaper than i was expecting to pay, they were actually cheaper than the tyres (of which i only bought 2 lol) so, what im tryin to say is the right set will appear and this will all have been part of the plan

I was lucky to get them really i just sent him a message if he still had them and he replied saying they were on ebay and let the fates deside, luckily i got the winning bid.
