Actually yes, haven't been able to come on-line in a while but i do have some updates :)

Firstly here is a few more recent pictures :)

Right first update quickly - for some reason Audi decided to use plastic impellers on there water pumps which causes them to be a common fault, I found this out after a bit of research on the net because after a hard drive I noticed a spike in water temp. Quickly went about changing it then as I noticed from the service history it had done over 50,000 miles!

Here is a picture of the damage to the old plastic water pump:

as you can see it cracked straight through and will actually just slide straight off the pump as it is, so I decided to upgrade it to a metal one as below :)

and the amount of work involved in just getting to the damn thing :squint:

Then i removed the restrictive downpipe as below:

and replaced with a lovely 3" THS performance downpipe :)

Also managed to bag myself a spare KKK turbo....FREE :)

other than than just gave her a damn good going over with cleaning and polishing :)
