Well, i need something with a bit more Ummmpthhhhfffff as te old pink thing couldnt get up a slight hill which would be on a motorway i would crawl up it at about 45mph :S and with all the engine problems she had to go ...

And a bit more practical on the boot space with the buggy and my uncontrolable shopping habit!

So up for sale went the escort cab, the mk3 fez and my princess wagon and i came across this ....







At a 1.6 16v its pretty much what i needed .. mind it needs a few changes... slight mods...
My PINK rs rims are going on it when i can be bothered to get the jack out !!

But for a more practical family car its just what i was looking for.... I tried to detor away from a Ford as i was actually going for an Audi a3 .... But this Focus started calling mee!!

And i couldnt exactly say no to a ford!

and funny you should say about the cam belt... when i went to pick up the cambelt kit the alternator belt snapped on me lol.. so gettin this to the garage nearly made me melt my engine as i ended up with a big water flood to so car was over heating

luckily only busted a valve and a pin or something... hopefully she'l be back on the road on monday lol

If you are going to spray it pink take more time on the masking up on the front wind screen they have around nomal hard plastic with some soft rubber on to the body some times you can tape the soft part on to the screen so you get a better spray job done

The wheels wont suit it... pink wheels may work.. but not them escort alloys

This car is pretty much completely dead some div start it so i now have for bent valves .. who goes into a garage and starts a fricken car when its got half the engine apart

I wasnt paying for the cambelt etc to be changed but who else did it shouldnt of even touched the car in the first place.

I seen this before a manager at work took his car for a service at a ford main dealer and he ask if they could do the cam belt as it was like 56000 (The reason was the boss wife had the same problem which need the head rebuilt at a cost of 1300 pounds ) so he said do it they talk him out of it and then the belt snapped the new engine was like 4000 pounds but he end it up paying 2500 as it was them who talk him out of doing it still going on been 2 years so i feel that this could be the same problem it bent the con rods , so i am hoping i am wrong with your car unless the engine is taken a part you will not see this less hope i am wrong
