Dare I say how I typed it and how it was read maybe different things, I was actually meaning it with the usual jest and just expected the, "because you don't drive yours" remark back.

I will admit I had a positive thought about the ST, got caught out by a chav'd 1.4 Saxo as I was on the complete wrong revs. The ST would have pulled better than my C2 did.

have you driven an st? Dare i say mine is running around 165bhp and gives clio 182's a run for their money so is hardly slow and "underpowered and heavy" as clio's weigh feck all

I like the st's looks, the noise it makes, the handling (trust me on paradas it is much better then the pirellis, ask mole even he was surprised ) the brakes, the tuning potential, need i go on

Build quality: brakes are wear and tear so that can't be considered, water in the power steering fluid is not build quality but a twat trying to be clever, and the oil problems that Op has had was clearly a hard life/misdiagnosed stem seal problem.

Also you own a ford remember?

Op I'm not jealous anymore, I have double din too now where can you plug the USB into that headunit?

Also what happens with the facia? Where I live, I can't leave my stereo in - is it a pain to put in and out each time you use the car? Pioneer is my favourite brand of affordable headunit!

Brakes discs wont fail an mot test mate as vosa have now stopped testers for failing cars on excessive corrsion,worn or pitted/scored so you will be fine there, just keep your eye on the brakes sometimes they can wear the inner pads out quite quickly on one side. I know this as i am a tester lol. Also i hear you want a flexi pipe for your st , i happen to be selling my mongoose one as i now have a 4-1 miltek manifold so if you want it just give me £40 and you can have it. Its only 6 weeks old still like new.


As for this percy fella get a grip mate c2's are cr*p they look poo and are just generally sh*t end of . This is a ford forum so if you dont like it sod off to some gay french boy forum !!!!!

In my old Pioneer, I have a memory stick i just plug into the front with my music in folders on it. saves on burning mp3's to cd's, and i don't have an ipod aside from a Nano!

it lets you plug any usb memory in, comes with extension cord so there is a usb port in your glovebox or wherever. the unit itself then lets you browse though the content and select your tunes.
