the links for the anti roll bar fit to a bracket on the damper so you would need the dampers with the bracket on, as for handling, it will hardly make a difference

it will make the handling slightly better so if youve got 1 its worth putting on, id definatly reccomend a rear anti roll bar though, ive driven my si with no rear ARB, 1 rear ARB and 2 rear anti roll bars and it definatly improves handling, seems to stick to the road better, makes you wanna really throw it into the bends :D

the rear bar just fits onto the back axle with 4 bolts but im not sure if the 1.3 rear axle would have the brackets for the front bolts, ill try and find you a picture of where the bracket is located so u know what to look for

rob your fiesta wont have the bits required for a rear anti roll bar my 1.3 was the same i just put a si rear axle on it, it made a big difference and has harly any roll on the back :) as with the front you need the wishbones carriers from a si with the bolt holes for the anti roll bar bush mounts and shocks with the mount for the anti roll bar link joints also with the si wishbones carriers they have and under car brace nuts to bolt on and make the car stiffer doing this to my car in the next few weeks :) and having a front anti roll bar will make a big difference comparing my si to my runabout :) well worth doing imo
