I got a 3" Ashley on my fez and it's sounds pretty sweet. Especially when it burbles on lift off

not really driven it as it ot on the road yet but it duz sound good yeah and it duz burble when yu take foot off

looking good, whats next on the list?

Oh yeah if you havent already fitted the sub wire, you dont need to drill any holes!!!

ok so update time
first i detailed my fez to de-swirl it





i have also got myself a ford puma gearknob off ebay for a tenner which i love




i still on look out for springs to lower it and dunno what to do with brakes yet as have to upgrade before the 2.0 conversion
i cant wait to get started on this just keepin my eyes peeled for parts i need as far as ii know i need
- engine obv (then use bits and bobs need of my 1.6) hopefully with 2.0 throttle body and injectors
-ECU (dunno what type will OWLS or PERU type fit guys)
-rs1800 Inlet
-2.0 MAF sensor

Brakes wise if you can find a set of st150 front brakes then fit those. Otherwise just upgrade the discs and pads to grooved or drilled etc as they work well enough on mine

yeh might get uprated discs and pads as callipers are brand new lol and has just had fluid done at same time so makes more sense

DEEP, DESK and DEWY are the ecu's you can use for 1.6-2.0 conversion

have now purchased a DESK ecu bit expensive at £51.46 delivered but needs must and its a start on my 2.0 conversion parts list lol

yeah the 2.0 ecu's tend to go for silly money now compare to when i first got mine

ok so got up bright and breezy today ready to go engine hunting with a mate round bristol but fortunately we came across a p reg mondeo 2.0 zetec manual in our local scrappy 2 mins away and turned out to be a good runner so 1 deposit later they taking it out for me it including everything aswell like throttle body and injectors etc. !

Right so picked up my engine stand today ready for delivery of engine tomoz :-) garagegunna rammed and my mum gunna be Lairy as anytin but it worth it lol starting to get realisation now that yes I do actually have to rip my engine to pieces :-s any way pics of new engine and stand etc be up later :-p
