right then i know some of you will think i'm out of my tree and smoking some wired shit, but i kid you not
a mate of mine is wanting to get rid of his shell and after talking to him last night he said to me its a 2dr/3dr(2 doors and a boot,LOL)sierra saph shell
i have seen it with my own eyes and i helped him work on it a few years back, there is no visible evidence of any welding/cut and shutting etc, so either its a genuine shell or someone was fooking good and used magic invisible weld!
the shell has been fully restored, the underside is mint its been sprayed inperial blue as has the engine bay,but the body does require flatting down and spraying as its still in primer, he'll supply the paint to finish it
i dont have access to photobucket at the mo so cant load a pic up, soon as i get home i'll edit this and show you, i'm hoping to get more pic's on friday
he's not sure how much to ask so is after sensible offers, depending on what offers he gets depends on if he'll let the shell go with, so if a good enough offer is made the shell will be rolling on avo coilovers which have only covered about 1000 miles
currently bolted in the engine bay is a 2.9 twin turbo V6 engine, he'd ideally like to sell the shell and engine as a job lot, which would be in the region of 3k, that includes, 2 brand new re-con'd never used T2 turbo's, engine, management, exhaust,xr4x4 transmission(which i'm told has an uprated front diff, but unsure what diff), if someone wanted the engine seperately he'd want £1500 for all the above minus the shell
there are other bits for sale which i'm getting a list for with prices
