sorry all, not looking like going to make FITP after all cars not quite finished but thats not main problem, its not taxed nor insured and not got £350 for that, also just got another every day car which has a few issues and got told last week we got to re-apply for our jobs or redundant on 11th June!!

well after thinking iam not going to make it, its gone well. New driveshafts in and it was just the circlip and no the gearbox, both wishbones are in with new bolts, the garaged managed to get my rounded off sump nut off and did the oil change for me , my insurance certificate arrived so i can tax it tomorrow. Ive just got all day tomorrow now to make a water hose up from the waterrail to the thermostat, i think afew standard water hoses and some plumbing u-bend piping should do the trick for now....then i'll be ready for FITP

Any convoys coming down from the north, via M54 \ M6 \ M1 way ?

think i have it sorted now, my sgt has been as good as gold to me,

jon i'll be going pretty much the same way as you i should think.. im aiming to be at FITP for around half 7 so will set off approx half 5 from mine!!
