oh yeah, slight update. its cutting out randomly when the clutch is dipped in first gear :hmm:

no idea why, and its random when it happens :lol:

Exactly Renault got there exhaust/induction right so there is less to be gained, more tuneable isn't good if its due to the car being gimped in the first place.

Anything above the 06 in Purgeot is shit, 306 was nice, 106...GTi was nippy
107 is butt ugly
307 is ugly and fat and the 308 is even worse!

That's all i have to say xD

And Golfs are a bit M3 corridor material, but they are still much nicer than any French rubbish that is out now.

If you want a decent new car nowadays... buy an old car. If that makes sense.

I quite like the looks of 307/308, yes they have got fatter but we are after a bigger car.

+ the 308 has a 5* ecap rating.

you wouldnt wait for the new focus? the new astra? or golf at all? them pugs are nasty.

i agree with stainlessmole. three best pugs: 205, 106 and 306. all very sexual in sport trim. :chill:

I am looking at cars around 07/08 age with limited mileage, So they need to be about for a few years so new models are off the radar. the 307 Sport they made towards the end does look like the best option, comparing it to a golf of the same value you get a lot more car for your money.

Trust me dude, i've had a Fiesta ST and know theyre not rubbish youre car is awesome, i wish mine made that noise and i cant believe how well it handles aka at such a speed i thought it would give and it didn't

I'm getting bored of waiting for the dvla to sort out my effin paperwork, random rant lol
