slight update ive been moding the runabout again not the si

fitted my white mk4 mirrors





they were very easy to fit just by changing the exterior base plates over

also my mate wired in the fog and spot lights and has half done a scorpian alarm system getting that finished at the weekend so will have remote locking etc

What is the runabout? I don't want to look like a fool here but it looks like an xr2i.. So is it a replica or something?

cheers for the comments, got a few more plans for it:

fit fiesta si 1.6 brakes and cailpers
fit fiesta si front anti roll bar and underneath strength bar with the si wishbone carriers
new discs and pads
new water pump as it sounds a bit rough atm
new offside wheel bearing as it sounds a little bit rough so going to change it soon, will keep you updated plus once the si im breaking is gone i will have the room to start getting the 2 litre si fixed

i keep on buying more for the runabout

bought some more headrests got a set from a 1.4 and a 1.6 ive put the 1.4 ones in roughly and they look good but im thinking should i put the 1.4 headrests in the rear middle one in the si and one in the white fiesta and have and 1.6 headrests beside it?



i can decide just want to make the most use out of all the headrests i have



also wayne (tango) said about putting a mk4 handbrake gaiters in a mk3 so i bought 2 one for the si and one for the ruanbout

fitted easily i have tidyed it up a bit since the picture


also gave the white runabout a good sort of after winter clean under the rear wheel arches to get that nasty grit off

also bought new new parts to fit a front anti roll bar to it once ive scrapped the one im breaking i can put the wishbone carriers on it



one new clamp 2 new bushes and drop links

not at all mate, i threaded a cable tie through the gaitortop, turn it inside out and upside down so that the top of the gaitor is facing down on the gearstick, tighten the cable tie and then turn the gaitor back the correct way, keeps it tucked up nice and high..
