i have a 1.4 si too and i get bummed everywhere. so id also love to get a 2.0l conversion also. but i know i need my NCB this year and maybe another year to see what the insurance people would say. i'd give it another year to be fair, be patient, do some other cheeky stuff to your car until then to keep you occupied :D thats my plan.

matty, im guessing you have mechanic connections to do a 2.0l conversion at the age of 18?

just me and my mate are doing mine, its not that hard tbh, imo its straight forward un-bolt and bolt-on. all i got left is the alternator, exhaust manifold and radiator to put on... well the alternator is on but theres a little blue wire that bolts onto the terminal insulator and nobby here over tightened it and snapped it off -.-, so im hoping that i can just buy another terminal insulator or im gona have to get another alternator. o and i gota put gear box oil, power steering fluid, engine oil and coolant in then hope it fires up :) o yeh and the battery >.<
