as my knowledge is really with escorts cause with those you have to change some bits on the 2.0 for 1.8 ones....

You can pull the 1.6 block and head out. and replace with a 2.0. I few things need taking from the 1.6 and putting on the 2.0.

But it is the best bang per buck mod you can do.
