im bored, Uni doesnt start till monday and everyones working so:

how many cars have you lot owned in the past 2years?

people keep telling me that the tax man is gonna get me for dealing cars even though i loose money on each one! my insurance company is also getting shirty with how many changes i make!

since june 03 ive owned:

fiesta 1.1 '87 (put my foot through the wing, cost 350, sold 250)
xr2 (mk2) '89 (drove it twice, failed mot: rotten, cost 200, sold 30!)
205 1.1 '90 (cambelt snapped, cost 450, paid scrappy ?20!)
si 1.4 '95 (sold 2 sister, she crashed it! cost 1450 sold 1150)
metro 1.4 '90 (the most fun ive ever had! cost 350 sold 300)
zetec-s 1.6 '01 (ebay car, sooo very dodgy!, cost 3500 sold 2300!)
205 1.1 '87 (a real dog, sold to a mate! cost 150, sold ?50)
si 1.6 '95 (just passed mot so cant complain, cost 900)

in 2 years ive lost ?2350! not to mention tyres, servicing and my obsession with underseal and filler! :lol:

Uh, in 2 years I've owned:

Fiat Cinquecento Sporting, bought ?2,100, sold ?1,850.
Peugeot 106 XSi, bought ?1,800, wrote off...
Nissan Micra, bought for free, sold ?200
Fiesta Si, bought ?1,400, looking to sell for ?1,000

Oh, and to your losses, you also have to add general running costs, such as tax, petrol, MOT's, etc, etc... now that's depressing!

in the last two years i've had
red 1.3 fiesta lx - bought for ?1400, scrapped for free.
blue 1.4 astra saloon - given by a friend, sold for ?150!
Green 1.4 peugeot 306 genoa - given for payment of damage caused to blue astra above, sold for ?700
Green 1.6 fiesta Si 16v - bought for ?450, not selling...ever!
also own half a mondeo if that counts
